E-Commerce Warehouse Manager

ABOUT US:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in Home and Garden products. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain efficiency, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

Unload inbound containers and organize products safely and efficiently.

Supervise and participate in daily order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and on-time shipping.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Track and optimize inventory levels to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.

Train and oversee warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs regularly.

Experience unloading shipping containers and handling freight.

Proficiency in picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.

Prior experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Prior warehouse management or supervisory experience in e-commerce is a plus.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

Starting salary: 25/hour

Days off follow the FedEx/UPS holiday schedule

Standard weekday schedule M-F (some flexibility may be required during peak times)
