Staff Delivery Driver

Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm (approximate)

Meals on Wheels New Mexico seeks a Staff Delivery Driver to drive and deliver meals and other scheduled items to clients following a schedule and routes, ensuring each delivery is made in a friendly, safe, and timely manner. Deliveries will be made using a company vehicle.

We require:

Valid driver’s license

Passing background, drug, and DMV check

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically able to bend, stoop, walk, and climb stairs

Accountabilities include:

Must know the Greater Albuquerque Metropolitan, Rio Rancho, and Corrales areas well and feel comfortable driving in many different situations, including inclement weather

Abide by all traffic laws and regulations (i.e., speed limit, seat belts, etc.)

Ensure meals are delivered within established times

Ensure all food transport equipment is clean and well maintained
