Private family seeking an experienced and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for in-home sessions with an adult client recovering from hemiplegia (post-stroke).
You’ll provide one-on-one therapy in a safe, supportive home setting — no agency paperwork, just meaningful client care and consistent weekly visits.

Provide skilled therapy sessions focused on gait, transfers, balance, and strength
Follow a personalized plan designed by the supervising PT
Educate caregiver on home exercise and safe mobility techniques
Document each visit and track progress
Maintain communication with PT and family

Qualifications
Active California PTA license (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in home health, neuro, or stroke rehab
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Liability insurance and CPR/First Aid preferred
