Estate Sale & Cleanout Assistant – Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)
Pay: $25/hr (Guaranteed minimum $150 per day if scheduled)
Hours: Typically 9 AM – 5 PM (some earlier start times or early finishes)
Locations: South Jersey, Northeastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our, helping with estate sales, home staging, and cleanouts. This position is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments, has a good eye for detail, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves.
Responsibilities:
Assist with staging homes to create an appealing shopping experience for customers
Learn to price and appraise items for sale (training provided)
Help with cleanouts and removal of unsold items after the sale
Occasionally post and sell items online (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with clients and customers
Follow direction and safety procedures during set-ups and cleanouts
Requirements:
Must pass a background check
Able to lift 50 lbs or more
Available to work weekends as needed
Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required):
Has a valid driver’s license
Prior experience with online or live auctions
Can work independently and stay on task
Flexible schedule
Willing to travel within the tri-state area (NJ, PA, DE)
Compensation:
$25/hr starting pay
Minimum $150 guaranteed for any workday you’re called in
Part-time with potential for full-time growth
