Pet Sitter/Dog Walker/Home care - Live in/out

I am a single professional woman / homeowner in Bella Vista, AR, Seeking a female live in /or live out Pet Sitter / House Sitter / Dog walker / Homecare helper. Must be available to work / stay over full time at my house 24/7 while I travel 1-2 weeks out of the month and possibly work PT the remaining weeks when I am home and not traveling; Compensation available and with the possibility of an exchange for rent; offering a furnished private room with a queen bed / flat screen TV/ full bath / air fryer toaster oven / coffee maker and mini fridge (and use of free recreational facilities in Bella Vista include a full gym, swimming pool, sauna etc during your stay). The ideal candidate is a friendly, trustworthy and reliable healthy female who loves animals and is either a PT student or has a PT job outside the house. The essential responsibilities include sharing in the care and TLC of the pets and including lite Cleaning /Laundry/Cooking for the pets, daily pet feedings, and Dog walking (a minimum of 3 30-60 minute walks daily during the weeks I am traveling and some PT help on the alternative days / weeks). This is a unique opportunity for the right person who likes to exercise/walk/hike with dogs and is NOT a FT student or does NOT have a FT job elsewhere. Must have car to take the dogs on outings / occasional appointments / to the local lake / dog park. Looking for an experienced person or someone willing to learn, who loves animals.
