Now Hiring: Hard-Working Drainage Techs ($17–$23/hr) & Hands-On Supervisors ($20–$29/hr) – Weekly Pay, Weekends Off

Reflections Landscaping is growing FAST, and we’re looking for motivated, dependable professionals who aren’t afraid of hard work and want steady, year-round employment. These are outdoor working positions, very labor intensive – if you can handle the Florida heat and want plenty of hours with a strong, established company, we’d love to talk to you!

TECHNICIANS (Entry-Level, Training Provided)

Pay: $17–$23 per hour to start (based on experience & performance) + bonuses

Schedule: 40–60 hours per week, weekends OFF

Requirements:

Some knowledge or experience with trucks/trailers and basic equipment (skid steers, trenchers, etc.) – you don’t need to be an expert

Willingness to learn – we provide training on drainage, irrigation, and jobsite skills

Valid driver’s license & clean record

Dependable, drug-free, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions

This is not a job for the slow or lazy. Techs must be ready to hustle, keep up with the crew, and push through long days outdoors.
