Carpenter Foreman

Greenlee Construction is a general contractor and looking to hire an experienced Carpenter Foreman who can do numerous of the following:

-Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers on-site

-Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

-Oversee daily workflow, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity

-Perform advanced carpentry work, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work

-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients

-Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite

-Monitor project timelines and address issues proactively

Qualifications:

-7+ years of professional carpentry experience, including supervisory or foreman roles

-Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction methods

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

-Proficient with hand and power tools; strong problem-solving abilities

-OSHA safety knowledge and commitment to workplace safety

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
