We are a landscaping company based in Indiana. We are expanding our team and opening positions for Skilled Sub-Contractors and Crew Leaders in the following areas:

- Interlocking projects

- Woodwork (decks, fences, pergolas)

- Natural stone installation

- Structure building (outdoor features, gazebos, retaining walls)

- Pool building

ABOUT THESE ROLES

As a Sub-Contractor, you will execute your specialty services on landscaping projects, working closely with project managers and crews to ensure professional, timely, and top-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform assigned landscaping tasks within your trade

- Follow project plans and specifications

- Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites

- Coordinate with other subcontractors and crews

- Report progress and challenges promptly

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in one or more services: interlocking, woodwork, natural stone, structure building, or pool construction

Ability to work independently and manage a team

Own transportation & valid driver’s license

Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality

Flexibility to work outdoors in different weather conditions
