Sign fabrication and installation

Looking for a sign company for a store in Rumford, RI. I am working with a small store in Rumford that needs a lighted exterior sign 3 feet wide fabricated and installed. The company would have to be familiar with permits and rules for Rumford as well as being licensed and insured.
