1. Sushi Chef

Must have experience preparing sushi, sashimi, and rolls

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and food safety standards

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and good teamwork skills

2. Waitress / Server

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

Experience in a Japanese or Asian restaurant preferred (but not required)

Able to multitask and handle busy hours with a smile

Must be available evenings and weekends
