Investor is looking for experienced maintenance worker-handy man to care for several properties in Macon GA on occasional or monthly basis. All candidates will be tested and must have references of prior work engagements. Work specialty needed: minor maintenance repair requests, minor plumbing, painting, flooring experience, landscaping. HVAC experience is a plus. Applicant qualities: experienced, responsible, reliable, accountable, attentive to details, results oriented, good communicator. No criminal background.
