TPO/EPDM Roofing

Looking for a 1099 worker for our occasional TPO repairs and replacements. $55/hour repair jobs with a 3-hour minimum. Mainly Leon & Gadsden Counties.

Responsibilities

Install, weld, and seam TPO and other single-ply membranes on flat or low-slope roofs

Apply insulation and vapor barriers per manufacturer specifications

Safely operate roofing equipment and tools

Experience with EPDM or modified bitumen systems

Torch, heat-weld, or mechanically fastened roof installation experience
