Utility construction ug supervisor

We have a long term utility project building underground conduit for fiber optic cable using plows, missiles and directional drills. We are in need of a good strong supervisor who is computer literate, read and understand prints, can call in locates, maintain and submit the as-builts and will run the crews not let them run him.
