Seeking Experienced Store Manager in Anchorage!
Responsibilities:
Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. You will be working towards sales goals every day.
Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it.
Develop team members through one-on-one selling and coaching.
Mind the details, deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
Responsible for staffing needs and recruitment to provide optimal staffing in the store (with support from corporate partners).
Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.
Be able to understand and complete business reports and communicate results to the team and Corporate partners.
Proficient in excel use and inventory management software.
Build teams that want to win and earn added incentives and bonus.
Be a Brand Ambassador and build up guerilla marketing network of events and partnerships to drive additional footsteps to our locations.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years or older
Proven sales track record
Minimum of 2 year in a retail management or leadership position
Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
Must be available to workdays, nights, weekends, and some holidays
Great verbal and written communication skills
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Maintain professionalism with customers and co-workers
Effective time management skills
Must have great follow through skills
Ability to build personal relationships with customers
Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
Works in other local stores within market to support the Company as needed.
Available to travel for training and meetings as required.
