Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Front Desk & Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day warehouse operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and players, handle administrative tasks, and support facility management to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet athletes, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle check-ins, scheduling, and payments for training sessions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
Manage client records, attendance logs, and basic data entry.
Support daily facility operations (inventory checks, opening/closing tasks, restocking supplies).
Communicate with trainers and clients to confirm schedules and resolve questions.
Assist with light marketing duties (posting updates on social media or notifying clients of promotions).
Enforce facility policies to ensure a safe, respectful environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (required).
Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
Comfortable working in an active, sports-oriented environment.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or POS systems).
Hours & Compensation
Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
