Maintenance Assistant/Handy Man

Business with multiple locations is looking for the right person to perform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance

on production equipment and buildings.

Applicant must have a willingness to learn our preferences. Training will be provided on certain topics.

The job:

Follow maintenance schedule/instructions

Identify and report facility or equipment repairs to manager

Perform minor repairs such as plumbing (leaks, drain stoppage), electrical (fuses, ballast

replacement), mechanical ( )

General: lock replacement, misc. installations

Part-Full time TBD (some evening, weekend and holiday hours a must)

Qualifications:

Comfortable operating power tools

Experience using a multi meter

Follow safe work practices

Ability to keep work environment clean and organized

Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
