Field Operations Manager-Cleaning Company

We're looking for a reliable and professional individual to join our growing cleaning company.

Duties include:

Interview potential cleaners

Training for new employees and ongoing quality control

On-site supervisor during cleaning jobs

Conducts walkthroughs for potential clients

Evaluate employees based on performance and reliability

Work closely with Operations Manager

Ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, can work independently and professionally and has experience in customer service and the cleaning industry. This is a part-time role with potential to grow. Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.
