Warehouse Forklift Driver (Cherry Picker Operator)

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Driver / Cherry Picker Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment to move and store materials within the warehouse of a supply chain and distribution organization. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and TASKS:

· Operate a cherry picker to pick and move materials throughout the warehouse.

· Utilize a warehouse management system to locate and retrieve items.

· Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.

· Perform basic maintenance and repair on equipment as needed.

· Follow safety guidelines/protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and EDUCATION:

· High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

· Previous experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment preferred.

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order picking processes.

· Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.

· Proficient in heavy lifting and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

· Knowledge of pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

· Familiarity with OSHA regulations for safe equipment operation.
