Property Manager / Maintenance – 11 Properties (Shamokin, Pottsville,

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Manager to help oversee about 11 properties (14 total units) located in Shamokin, Pottsville, and Mahanoy City. Most are single-family homes.

Responsibilities:

Handle basic tenant issues (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)

Change locks, post notices, and respond to maintenance calls

Check on vacancies and keep properties rent-ready

Coordinate repairs and communicate with ownership

Requirements:

Must have own vehicle and basic tools

Experience with basic plumbing and electrical work

Dependable, organized, and able to handle minor repairs yourself

This position is ideal for someone who’s handy and wants steady work managing a small portfolio of local homes.
