We’re looking for a responsible and energetic individual to join our team and help with daily office operations.

Requirements:

Support management with any office work that needs to be completed

Must speak English and Spanish fluently

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer use

Comfortable with email communication and basic office software

Able to multitask and handle several responsibilities at once

Organized, dependable, and professional

Responsibilities include:

Providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email

Handling purchasing, responding to emails and calls, and assisting customers
