Part-Time Sales & Pressure Washing Technician

Compensation: $18/hr + 10% commission on all jobs you sell

Davis & Son Pressure Washing is looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who’s ready to help us expand across the area.

We’re seeking someone who’s confident talking to people face-to-face, knocking on doors, making cold calls, and sending emails to generate new business.

You’ll be the boots on the ground helping us grow — bringing in new clients while also assisting with residential and commercial pressure washing jobs.

If you’re a self-starter who loves the thrill of closing deals and earning commission, we want to talk to you.

Pay Structure:

$15/hour while out selling and generating leads

$18/hour for pressure washing, setup, and cleanup work

10% commission on every job you personally sell

Example: Sell a $1,200 job and work 6 hours = $90 hourly + $120 commission = $210 total pay

Paid weekly

Responsibilities:

Knock on doors and build new client relationships

- Make cold calls and send follow-up emails to close sales

- Network with property managers, realtors, HOAs, schools, and business owners

- Provide quotes and track leads through to completion

- Assist with residential and commercial pressure washing services

- Represent Davis & Son Pressure Washing with professionalism and pride
