Are you interested in working with buyers and sellers for a busy, experienced, and established broker in West Pinellas?

MUST HAVES: Reside in west/mid-Pinellas County - MUST Hold an active/Inactive Florida Real Estate License - Available weekdays and weekends (15–25 flexible hours per week) - Has strong follow-up, communication, and technology skills

Ideal for an agent with prior listing experience — or a newly licensed professional eager to learn quickly through real-world experience and one-on-one mentoring.

Hourly paid plus listing and closing bonuses

Work will include:

1. Listing, CMA, MLS & purchase offer paperwork

2. Marketing - Constant Contact, direct mail, social media

3. Open Houses & showing with buyers and co-broker
