Office admin | data entry | inventory systems management for warehouse

This position is in office only. We are a growing warehousing business that handles tour merchandise for music and entertainment groups.
Job Duties:
- Data entry: inventory ins & outs, billing charges, order management
- Office duties include, but not limited to, general business administration tasks such as payroll review, employee handbooks, new software analysis, scheduling team parties
- Other general business duties as needed in a growing business
Requirement:
- Must know common excel functions, i.e. filters, sums, sorting, conditional formatting, cell formats (text/numeral), etcbonus points for pivot tables
- Dynamic skills: must be able & willing to pivot job duties based on company needs
- Must be able to keep sensitive information confidential (pay rates, invoices, etc)
Other Information:
- Plan on 35hrs/week year round.
