Custom Framer / Designer – Jerseys, Shadowboxes & Art Department Support (Barrington, NJ)
Compensation: $21–$25/hr DOE
Employment: Part-Time to Full-Time (growth opportunity)
Location: Barrington, NJ (South Jersey / Camden County)
We’re a custom awards and framing company known for high-quality framed jerseys, memorabilia, and shadowboxes. We’re also expanding into screen printing and embroidery, creating opportunities to assist in our art and design department with layout, artwork preparation, and product design.
We’re looking for a hands-on creative who enjoys working with materials and design — someone who can contribute both in the shop and on the computer.
Position Overview:
You’ll work on a variety of creative and production projects, including:
Custom jersey frames and sports memorabilia displays
Picture frames, shadowboxes, and mat layout design
Acrylic, wood, and glass frame assembly
Cross-training in awards and trophy production
If skilled, assist in our art department with screen printing and embroidery artwork, layouts, and digital design
Responsibilities:
Design and assemble custom frames and displays
Measure, cut, mount, and finish materials precisely
Coordinate mat colors, layouts, and visual presentation
Safely handle art, jerseys, acrylic, and glass
Maintain an organized, professional workspace
Support art or production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in framing, design, fabrication, or production art preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Comfortable with hand tools and shop equipment
Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bonus Skills:
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
Experience with screen printing or embroidery artwork
Jersey or memorabilia framing
Mat cutting or woodworking
Sign-making or digital design background
Schedule & Compensation:
$21–$25/hr based on experience
Part-Time to Full-Time (flexible scheduling with room to grow)
Monday–Friday daytime hours
