Office Assistant – Full Time

Requirements

Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Resy/OpenTable/SevenRooms, XtraChef, QuickBooks, and Toast is a plus

Spanish speaking is a plus

About the Role

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Organizing large party reservations and private events, coordinating details such as menus, layouts, and guest needs with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Answering phones, emails, and website inquiries regarding reservations and general questions

Managing office organization, maintenance schedules, and administrative systems

Updating inventory, uploading invoices, and matching them to payments

Reviewing payroll, clock-ins, tips, and employee documentation

Receiving deliveries and signing invoices

Supporting restaurant management with additional tasks as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $21/hour

Bonus for events brought to the restaurant
