PERSONAL INJURY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm looking for an experienced (2-5 years) Associate Attorney for full time position. Responsibilities to include:

Drafting pleadings and discovery responses

Drafting and arguing motions/oppositions/reply papers

Negotiating cases to resolution

Communicating with clients and opposing counsel

Mediating and/or arbitrating cases

Experience conducting and defending EUOs/50h examinations/EBTs - preferred but not required

Trial experience - preferred but not required

Ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communicating skills.

Salary commensurate with experience - $75,000+/year plus performance bonus. Compensation is based on experience.
