Job Description: Seeking a mid level to highly experienced sales professional who has experience working with Security companies, finding clients, setting appointments, driving business growth and building long term relationships.

Simba Guard Services Inc is hiring a reliable and motivated Sales individual to make outbound calls per day, reach potential customers and book at least 3-4 qualified appointments per week that can turn into security contracts. This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives on making connections and earning commissions and results-based bonuses.

Experience in the Security Industry is required.

Responsibilities:

Represent the company professionally across industries like property management, entertainment, health sector, construction, event management, retail, corporate and learning institutions, logistics etc, and connect with decision makers to utilize our services and drive business growth

Requirements:

Outside sales management and B2B sales

Excellent phone communication skills.

Strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.

Appointment setting and sales experience.

Reliable internet & computer (if working remotely).

You must have experience working with other security companies, setting appointments
