Outbound Sales to Bars and Nightclubs

You see that machine in the photo above? Your going to convince bars and nightclubs to let us set them up inside their establishment.

We’re looking for a sales pro who doesn’t need babysitting. Someone who wakes up hungry, knows how to hustle smart, and is ready to take full ownership of their territory.

This role is NOT about managing distributors. This is about selling. Period.

What You’ll Actually Do:

● Cold Call 30 business per day and book appointments for in person meetings.

● Visit with 20 business owners per day and grow sales in a defined list of high-potential accounts.

● Balance your own schedule between how much cold calling and how much in person visiting you do.

● Build long-term relationships Bars, Night Clubs, Malls, and High Traffic Retail Locations.

● Own your outcomes. No blaming, No excuses.

● Keep your CRM updated. If you hate CRM, this job’s not for you.

● Collaborate with our team, but act like the CEO of your territory.

What We’re Looking For:

● Highly organized, self-motivated, zero-handholding required.

● Clear understanding of how to add value to the buyer, not just pitch products.

● A modern, data-driven mindset with excellent business acumen.

● Someone who gets excited by challenges, not paralyzed by them.

● You take notes. You follow up. You make stuff happen.

Compensation:

● Modest base salary + a no-cap, tiered commission plan.

● Sell more, make more. It’s that simple.

● No other benefits.

Compensation

Duration: 1 months probation, with potential for extension or full-time opportunity

A modest $5/hour base pay + a generous tiered commission structure with increases in commission rates (the more you sell, the more you make - no ceiling)

Work Location: Atlanta ITP (Within the I85 Loop), must have transportation.
