The Department of Growth, a startup-focused marketing agency, is seeking students and experienced graduates with hands-on AI experience for a new AI Fellowship program exploring creative and marketing innovation. Fellows will collaborate with industry mentors to prototype ideas, test tools, and build in public.

While it’s easy to imagine how AI and automation can make marketing more efficient, the challenge to our Fellows is different: How can we use these tools to make marketing more powerful, more scalable – and ultimately, more human?
