Office Administrator
Hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.
— Responsibilities —
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain efficient office operations.
- Utilize MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with proficiency.
- Work with QuickBooks Online for financial recordkeeping.
- Manage EDI transactions.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) records.
- Operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Manage office systems, procedures, and workflows.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
Ensure high attention to detail, particularly with numbers and financial data.
Provide excellent follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
