Pyre Nashville Hot Chicken is hiring. We need someone who is comfortable with a deep fryer and a POS system. We need someone who can work responsibly on their own from time to time. Yes, you may be solo after you feel comfortable. The hours are part-time for now but as we expand to our second location in Springfield the hours can become more full-time if you’re interested. The shifts can vary if you’re interested as we’re not necessarily looking for just an opener or a closer. We also have a trailer (3rd location) being worked on that will open this spring/summer. So, the opportunities are growing.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Prep mostly cutting up/deboning chicken

Deep frying

Lifting 25-50#s

Answering and taking orders over the phone

Taking orders from Grubhub tablet

Taking orders/payments from guests at the order window

Maintaining a clean work environment

Dishes (3 compartment sink)

Sweeping/mopping.

Accurate cash handling

You must have your food handlers’ card at the time you are hired.
