Snow removal person or Service

Looking for someone who wants to work in snow removal part time for one of our properties. We have a driveway and a small parking lot that would need to be snow blown when it snows. We would provide the snow blower. We can work out a payment plan of either hourly or per visit. It would be flexible as to when it snows. Ideally looking for someone close by or relatively close by with their own transportation. We pay by direct deposit to your bank account weekly. This could lead to other lawn/yard maintenance related work.
