Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (20 hrs/week to start)

Crystal Clear, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week to start). We are a growing service company looking for someone who can support our hiring needs, assist with customer inquiries, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Responsibilities:

Hiring & HR Support

Post help-wanted ads as needed

Conduct initial interviews with applicants

Assist in hiring and onboarding field technicians

Office & Customer Support

Take inquiries from prospective customers

Schedule appointments and consultations

Review project needs, make recommendations, and prepare/sub­mit estimates

Marketing Support

Perform light social media posting and engagement

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Comfortable speaking with job candidates and customers

Basic computer and social media skills

Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
