Part-Time Building Superintendent – Bayside

We are seeking a reliable and experienced part-time building super to oversee two buildings in Bayside and Whitestone (18 total units). Duties include general upkeep, trash removal, minor repairs, coordinating contractors, tenant communication, and providing access for vendors/emergencies. Additional paid work available for apartment prep/painting and larger maintenance projects.

Housing is not included. Candidate should be located within close proximity to the buildings.

Requirements:

Previous super/maintenance/handyman experience preferred

Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair knowledge

Reliable and communicative

Available to address emergencies day/night
