Responsibilities:

Assist customers by providing information about our RV trailers

Send applications to banks and financial institutions

Create accurate bills of sale and other required documents

Maintain organized files and office records

Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence

Schedule appointments and meetings

Support daily administrative and office tasks

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, email, basic software)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Fast learner with a positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Strong attention to detail, especially with financial and legal documents
