Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a full-time, commission-based role, with top producers earning up to $150,000 or more annually. You will be responsible for crafting innovative and functional design solutions that align with our clients’ needs and preferences. Collaborating closely with our project managers and installers, you will ensure a seamless design and installation process, maintaining our high standards of customer service throughout every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized design plans tailored to each client’s vision and budget.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and installers throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on current design trends and industry standards.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry.

Minimum of 3-5 years of design experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proven sales, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., 20/20, Chief Architect) and MS Office is preferred.

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Team player with a strong individual work ethic.

Experience in interior design or a related field is a plus.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
