CNC OPERATOR

We’re a high-performance race-parts manufacturer looking for a skilled CNC Operator who’s passionate about precision, speed, and building parts that win. If you thrive in a fast-paced machine shop and take pride in producing parts that see real competition, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes to produce precision race components

Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits

Inspect finished parts to tight tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Work closely with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processes

What We’re Looking For

2+ years CNC experience (Haas, Okuma, Mazak, or similar)

Strong understanding of G-code and machining fundamentals

Ability to hold tight tolerances required in motorsports manufacturing

Experience with performance engine parts is a major plus

Solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
