3-4 year Electrician – (Denver Metro Area)

Full-Time $25Hour (30-40hr weeks) (Bi Weekly pay)

A well-established and rapidly growing electrical contractor in the Denver metro area is seeking a reliable, motivated, and highly skilled Electrician to join our team. We’ve been proudly serving the community for six years and are now looking for a strong leader who takes pride in their workmanship and is ready to grow with us.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a seasoned electrician who is ready to step into a supervisory position. You will oversee 1 team member, ensure job sites run efficiently, and support the development of apprentices as they advance in the trade.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a crew of 1 electrician and apprentices

Coordinate daily workflow, including lining out tasks and managing job priorities

Perform site checks to ensure quality, safety, and productivity

Troubleshoot complex electrical issues beyond the skill set of less experienced team members

Train and mentor apprentices to reduce mistakes and expand their technical knowledge

Work across both residential and commercial projects (majority residential)

Qualifications

3-4 Years Knowledge (residential + commercial)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Must provide own hand tools and basic power tools

Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality workmanship

Good hygiene

Compensation & Benefits
