Building Maintenance Lead Tech

We’re seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Lead Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our properties. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skill, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage a team of at least two maintenance technicians

Hold team members accountable for timely, high-quality work

Perform and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections

Double-check all completed tasks to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance

Coordinate schedules, prioritize work orders, and maintain documentation

Communicate effectively with property management and tenants

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in building maintenance

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Eye for detail with a “quality-first” mindset

Ability to work independently and guide others

Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Must be willing to carry the on-call phone for after hours emergencies.
