Skilled and experienced home repair tech needed. Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, etc. HVAC skills a huge plus. Must have tools, appropriate vehicle, professional attitude and appearance. Pay based on skills and experience. Can be part time or full time but we have lots of work. Big jobs and small jobs. Great part time job for healthy skilled retiree.
