# Job Posting: Multi-Trade Installer (Tile, Flooring, Interior Finish)

About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Installer with experience in tile setting, flooring installation, drywall installation, texture, paint and interior finish carpentry. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and delivers high-quality results across a variety of interior construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

Install tile for floors, showers, backsplashes, tub surrounds, and other surfaces

Prep surfaces by leveling, waterproofing, cleaning, and repairing as needed

Install flooring including LVP, laminate, hardwood, carpet, and tile

Remove existing flooring and perform subfloor repair or prep work

Complete interior trim and finish carpentry: baseboards, casings, doors, crown molding, shelving, and built-ins

Perform drywall patching, texture matching, and painting touch-ups

Read and follow layout drawings, plans, and project specifications

Maintain a clean job site and adhere to safety standards

Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tile setting, flooring installation, and interior finish carpentry

Strong understanding of tools, materials, and installation techniques for each trade

Ability to measure, cut, and install with accuracy and attention to detail

Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work all day

Dependability, good communication skills, and strong work ethic

Reliable transportation and basic hand tools (specialty tools a plus)

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Shower pan installation

Waterproofing systems (e.g., Schluter, RedGard)

Cabinet installation

Minor framing and repair work
