Position: Home Manager / Household Assistant
Location: La Verne, CA
Schedule: Part-time (3 days/week to start; potential to grow to 5 days/week)
Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE (based on experience)
A warm, organized family in La Verne, CA is looking for an efficient, proactive, and physically capable Home Manager to help keep their home running smoothly.
This role requires someone who:
Works independently with confidence
Has high energy and strong physical capability
Enjoys daily home resets and organization
Prefers a quiet, low-chat work environment
Can take full ownership of the home reset routine
The family values discretion, efficiency, autonomy, and proactivity above all.
Responsibilities Daily Home Reset (Top Priority)
Full walk-through and reset of home
Collect dishes, laundry, and trash
Run/fold/put away laundry (including organizing cabinets properly)
Fully reset the kitchen
Spot clean floors and high-touch surfaces
Reset bathrooms (not deep cleaning)
Maintain organization in common areas
Weekly Responsibilities
Clear and wipe the fridge
Light weekly organizing
Manage trash & recycling
Restocking
Monitor household essentials
Coordinate simple Amazon restocks
Physical Requirements
Ability to move boxes
Ability to reach high shelves
Strong physical energy and stamina
Efficient workflow
