What we need

Strong table awareness

Fast, clean resets and refills

Hands on and comfortable jumping into any task

Team oriented, professional, and reliable

Comfortable carrying trays and supporting the floor

A desire to grow within the team — from busser to runner and beyond

Fine dining or Michelin experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables efficiently

Maintain water service and guest awareness

Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized

Support servers, runners, and captains throughout service

Help maintain the overall flow and standard of the room
