ASSISANT SUPERINTENDENT FULL TIME

Ass. Superintendent position available for a real estate buildings in Queens and Patchogue LI

Must have 2 years previous experience, knowledge of all building systems including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, plaster and painting. Good communication and interpersonal skills needed. You will be assisted by Superintendent and porter in the buildings.

40 hours per week, $2200 per hour
