Construction Estimator/Quantity Take-offs (Remote Work)

Commercial construction company looking for a remote construction estimator to assist with quantity take-offs for commercial and public projects ranging in value from $1-$50 million.

Job Requirements:

Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, BlueBeam, Microsoft Suite, Clour File Sharing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization skills

Detail oriented

Must have your own computer and software

Job duties:

You will perform estimating take-off assignments for projects ranging from $1-$50 million in value. Must have excellent command of estimating/take-off methods and organization by CSI code and trade packages. You will not expected to provide unit pricing; that will be provided by our Chief Estimator.

You will be a 1099 independent contractor. Pay is $50 per hour.
