Compensation: Base pay + commission once established

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, self-directed Sales Representative to service and grow our retail supermarket accounts throughout Brooklyn, Queens, or The Bronx. This role is ideal for someone who thrives without micromanagement and takes ownership of their results.

Responsibilities:

Visit supermarkets within your assigned territory to sell and promote our retail food products

Maintain and grow a set of established accounts

Prospect, pitch, and open new supermarket accounts

Ensure product placement, visibility, and strong in-store relationships

Monitor inventory, relay store feedback, and provide regular updates

Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements:

Must live in Brooklyn, Queens, or The Bronx

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for daily travel)

Prior experience in supermarket, grocery, or CPG sales preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently without day-to-day oversight

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented

1099 contractor role
