Loading & Unloading Warehouse Associate – Ontario, CA

Job Description

We are currently hiring Loaders/Unloaders for a large furniture distribution center in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, first-shift position starting at 5:00 AM.

Candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving boxed furniture, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to handle physical work.

Shift:

5:00 AM start time

Full-time, Monday–Friday (possible weekends during peak periods)

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate (discussed during screening)

Responsibilities:

Load and unload trailers by hand

Move boxed furniture and freight throughout the warehouse

Work safely and follow warehouse procedures

Maintain pace with production requirements

Assist team leads as needed

Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (furniture)

Must pass background check

Must pass E-Verify

Must have reliable transportation

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be dependable and punctual
