Position: Customer Service person needed for a construction company.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:30AM-5:30PM, Friday: 8:30AM-2:00PM

Duties:

1. Answer phone calls and emails.

2. Review contracts.

3. Opening files and creating electronic files in CRM (QuickBase).

4. Schedule service calls.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in home improvement is a plus.

2. Multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.

3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.

4. Computer savvy.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

6. Customer service experience.

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience.
