Light Maintenance

Looking for a helper. Must have legal documentation to work in the USA. No smokers or drugs. Must speak English. References required. Flexible 5 days a week starting at 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. With 1/2 hr lunch. Must know how to sand and paint, use a weed eating, yard work, pressure clean, and perform some handyman tasks. Must be able to follow instructions, cleaning, and organize, boat washing. Need own transportation. NO TEXTS PLEASE.
