Outbound Sales Executive – IT Sales & Staffing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Outbound Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales and staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

Pitch IT staffing and consulting services to prospective clients.

Set up meetings/demos with decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Work closely with internal recruiting teams to understand delivery capabilities and timelines.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in ZOHO CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Keep up with industry trends and competitors to position offerings effectively.

Required Skills:

2 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales within the IT staffing or consulting industry.

Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM).

Understanding of IT services, technologies, and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
